Language ability: Throughout our profiles you will see that each woman has an indicator (between E1 and E4) of her knowledge of the English language. This indicator is set by the lady herself, in consultation with our local agencies in Russia and Ukraine, where E1 indicates only a very basic knowledge of English, E2 indicates a better understanding (like being able to translate most letters with the aid of a dictionary), E3 suggests reasonable fluency (ability to engage in a telephone call) and E4 indicates fluency. These indicators are usually fairly accurate, but you will be able to determine yourself, during your initial emails, how well the women you write to can converse in English.
